Terms and Conditions

 

• Clients are entitled to give reasonable instructions to house sitters while they are on the premises. Additional services will be charged separately as per our rates.

• Clients are not entitled to demand that house sitters leave the premises until such time as Hire a House Sitter has been given reasonable notice of a request for such demand to leave the premises.

• House sitters are not employed by Hire a House Sitter and Hire a House Sitter only acts as an agent on behalf of the house sitters it provides.

• By using the services of a house sitter referred by Hire a House Sitter you agree that Hire a House Sitter, its proprietors, agents and affiliates will not be held responsible for any of the house sitter’s actions.

• By using the services of a house sitter referred by Hire a House Sitter you agree that Hire a House Sitter, its proprietors, agents and affiliates are not liable for any damage or loss caused to the Client’s house or property while the house sitter is occupying the house.

• The house sitter is instructed to be at the Client’s house by 19:00 in the evenings and to sleep over.

• The house sitters are not allowed to smoke or drink alcoholic beverages in or around the Client’s house.
